The phenomenon of bullying unfortunately shows an exponential growth of violent and aggressive episodes, the Contest/Festival was born on purpose with the intention of offering paths of social, philosophical, educational training, to stimulate young people to grasp the “beauty” around them becoming both spectators and producers and actors of cinematographic, photographic, artistic works.
The theme of beauty is addressed in particular to the beauty inherent in fragility, in diversity, in solidarity, a value plan that defines the irrepressible need for recognition of the integrity and intangibility of the person in any condition.
In particular the instrument of audiovisual is configured as an important support to bring out the sensitivity and creativity of young people together with a critical look at reality.
During the Presentation of the Festival, as usual, the Prize named after Gregorio Napoli will be awarded, now in its sixth edition and conceived with his wife Eliana Lo Castro Napoli.
The Awardees are three critics of international fame who will receive the Critics’ Prize: Cristiana Paternò President of the SNCCI National Union of Italian Film Critics, Beatrice Fiorentino Film Critic SNCCI and National Delegate of the Venice Critics’ Week, Massimo Nardin university professor at the LUMSA University and Roma 3.
